Engures Music and Art School
My first music studies began in 2015 at Engures Music and Art School, where I chose the flute as my main instrument. With the guidance of my teacher, Dace Pētersone, I spent six wonderful years developing my skills, both technically and musically. During this time, I not only learned to play the flute but also gained valuable experience performing in school concerts and taking part in various musical activities which allowed me to share my passion for music with a wider audience. After six years of dedication and practice, I proudly graduated, carrying with me both knowledge and beautiful memories.
Ventspils Music Secondary school
After dedicating an additional year of preparation for the entrance exams since September 2023, I have continued my studies at Ventspils Music Secondary School, where I have taken up the bassoon. At this wonderful school, I’ve been challenged by intensive lessons, ensemble performances, and a deeper exploration of music theory, all of which have intensified my love for music and this instrument. I am still studying hard at Ventspils, working toward graduation while embracing every opportunity to grow and contribute to the school’s musical community.
